I will not come back to this salon. It was my second visit today. The first one was okay. Although it was very expensive, since it was “colour correction” I didn’t think too much of it, and at least the colour was saturated and left with styled , smooth hair after bleach damage .This time I again spent a very expensive fee for the most basic black hair dye on medium length hair which was essentially scrunched afterwards and not properly dried. My hair looked terrible condition , like I had not just been in a salon for 2 hours. I also cannot tell what the hair colour looks like since they didn’t styleIt smooth ..it’s just a scrunchy mess.They did ask to blow dry when they saw I was unhappy , but at that point I didn’t want to be there anymore . The prices are ridiculous for the services rendered . I could and should have gone to first choice haircutters , even they managed to smooth out and style my after bleached hair .Aside from that there is so much serum or product in my hair that has such a harsh smell, i have been coughing for the last hour straight and will have to wash my hair tonight. What an absolute waste of money.

This was first time with a hairstylist Rene. After a mutual consultation, which I loved, she understood what look I was going for and provided her expertise to help me. Great job! Love the look!! The pricing is fair and the location and hours of business is ideal for my work schedule. Thank you!

From the moment I walked in the other day and the lovely ladies at the front suggested Bianca, I knew it would be great. Bianca was amazing, I came in with a mess of a hairstyle. I walked out with a fantastic hairstyle. More than I've ever spent, but I'll say 100% was worth it. I love my hair, the cut the color is amazing. I am so glad I walked in here the other day with absolutely no style and walked out with great hair. I finally love my hair again. Thank you!

I don’t have enough nice words to say about Adrienne. She is the nicest, most understanding and compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She is the only person I will go to for my hair now. Not only does she listen to your wants but she ensures that you are completely comfortable before doing any cut. She’s so accommodating to clients and incredibly friendly. She makes you feel so welcomed and listened to. She is seriously the best stylist you could ever have an appointment with

WOW!! First off, KAYLA the stylist who works their is AMAZING!! Super friendly, and lovable and just amazing and talented!! Like if her manager sees this I think she should be promoted!! This is the kind of person everyone should have in their retail environments. The rest of the staff also made us feel super welcomed and we're super excited to watch my daughter get her hair done!My daughter is only 4, which means Kayla needed to have some patience and she did and I was mega impressed! She kept up a good convo with my daughter and made her feel so special and so happy!!I highly recommend this place!! Couldn't say anything negative!

Adrienne has been cutting my hair for over a year and I couldn’t be happier. She has amazing barbering skills and always gives me the perfect fade. Adrienne listens to exactly what I want and makes it happen every time. Her attention to detail makes all the difference. She loves what she does and it shows in her work.Besides being incredibly talented, Adrienne is extremely kind, easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely comfortable in her chair.I highly recommend her.

I loved the way Chris did my hair. So I had recently damaged my hair by accidentally burning my hair when I stood beside a candle, so had to get an inch or two chopped off (I also have split ends and thinning of hair towards the tips). I got a straight cut to make everything even and get a healthy look to my hair. He didn't cut too much as I had feared and kept me informed on how much he was cutting, and asked me before cutting it shorter. At first he washed my hair and gave me a mind-blowing head massage which I absolutely needed, then he towel wrapped my hair and got to cutting my hair. After cutting it to my desired length, he styled my hair beautifully. Overall I had such a good experience. I would totally recommend.

I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Bronte, she was so friendly, personable and her energy was amazing! She made me feel like I was getting a hair cut from a long time friend! To top everything off, this is the best haircut I’ve ever had. She deserves a 5000/5 stars! Best service ever!

I am absolutely devastated by what was done to me by this salon. I don’t usually share negative reviews but I am appalled by how I was treated by this salon and by the haircut I received. I went to this salon to get my hair cleaned up after it had grown out for quite a while. The stylist put a considerable amount of product into my hair to hide that they had really messed up. Because of this I had no idea until I got home just how bad the haircut was. I called the salon and asked if they would bring me back in to fix it. I went back in and somehow what was done to “fix” it was way worse than what they were fixing. The second stylist “fixing” my hair was rude with me. When I noticed random bits of hair sticking up in places they shouldn’t be I pointed it out and politely asked if we could address it and each time the stylist huffed and said some variation of “I was just about to fix that if you’d wait”.Unfortunately by the time the second stylist finished with my hair it was so short that it couldn’t be rectified so I simply thanked her for her time and left with the intention of calling to speak to the salon owner/manager at a later time.I called and spoke to the assistant manager who was quite short with me and not at all compassionate. She told me she’d have to ask the district manager and claimed neither her nor the salon’s manger were capable of issuing a refund or doing anything to help me.Today I received a message from the assistant manager who told me that I’d “received the requested service” and so they wouldn’t do anything for me. She was also very careful to not apologize for what was done to me and instead gave a very condescending “sorry you’re not happy”.I am devastated by how horrible my hair looks and wish it were winter so I could hide my hair under a hat until it grows back out.The owner responded to my review asking me to reach out through the contact form of the website so she could help me. I did that and never received a response. It looks like it’s just the go-to copy and paste response the salon uses for negative reviews to make it look like they’re going to rectify things.

Had an appointment with Bronte today. She was lovely and made me feel so comfortable. I had been here once before and it was a great experience which is why I came back but I can't remember the name of the gal who did my hair. I'm so glad I came. It was a pretty significant cut and Bronte did a fabulous job! My hair looks awesome and I really appreciate there being a salon I can go to that doesn't charge $95 for a haircut.
